John Kyle and his King Forward Inc. has been a busy trader of low-power television stations in recent months.
On August 29, the latest deal to involve Kyle — this time as a consultant — was struck. It’s a deal that sends a LPTV property to Gray Television.
For a price of just $12,000, Gray is grabbing K14TB-D in College Station, Tex., from the licensee MIK LLC.
While Kyle is involved, MIK is managed by Merritt Island, Fla.-based Michael Dagen.
There is no broker or finder associated with this transaction.
K14TB-D is a construction permit, which holds an expiry date of April 23, 2023.
