In a deal brokered by Ryan Hadden of Hadden & Associates Nationwide Media Brokers, CTC is agreeing to pay $1 million for WYKE-CD, licensed to Inglis, Fla.
The seller is the Citrus County Association for Retarded Citizens Inc.
WYKE-CD 24 is a Class A digital low-power facility, and has offered a mix of local programming of non-secular and religious nature.
A $50,000 escrow deposit has been made to the seller by CTC.
Citrus County is within the sprawling Tampa-St. Petersburg-Lakeland-Sarasota DMA.
