Now, Jay Bunyard is adding an additional Arkansas radio property to his stable of stations.
KESA-FM in Eureka Springs, Ark., is being purchased by Bunyard.
The seller is Northeast Oklahoma Broadcast Network, and it is earning $350,000 from the sale of the facility.
At 100.9 MHz, KESA is a 2kw Class A serving towns including Holiday Island. It airs a Classic Hits format ranging from the 1950s through 1980s, and is a member of the Kansas City Royals radio network.
A $17,500 escrow deposit is being held by Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth.
The seller is led by President Larry Hestand.
And, the seller’s legal counsel is Lauren Lynch Flick of Pillsbury Law.
