Free Access & Broadcast Telemedia asserts that if the FCC and contractor Greenhill did not consider the impact of the incentive auction on LPTV – and notes that the FCC says it has no such data – then the spectrum clearing plans and Greenhill 1 valuations must have treated LPTV as a non-existent medium.
FAB cannot believe that any such thing is true.
