Stations serving the Columbus OH and Boise ID DMAs committed infractions that led to punitive action by the FCC – and in both cases, the original financial penalty levied was found to be more than the licensees could pay.
The stations are KCLP-CA Boise ID and WMNO-CD Bucyrus OH.
