Nelson Files Political Ad Sponsor Bill

Senate Commerce Committee Ranking Member Bill Nelson has followed through with his announced intention to use FCC advertising sponsorship rules to ferret out the true sponsors of political ads.

It’s called the Sunshine in Political Sponsorship Act.
