The entrance of Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) into the Republican presidential primary race will of course add incremental political spending into the 2016 election cycle. And it will hold a special benefit for his home state.
That’s because according to The Hill, Rubio is putting all of his chips on his presidential bid.
