There’s a new morning radio experience in Houston as of 7/5 at Clear Channel’s KTRH-AM. Instead of the straight news programming in morning drive, Matt Patrick began a new era of conservative talk with news and traffic intermixed. Patrick is joined by former Denver talker Lois Melkonian as the show’s news reader.
Patrick has worked in radio since 1979 on stations in Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland and South Bend, IN. He’s a member of the Cleveland and Akron Radio and Television Broadcaster’s Hall of Fame and describes his job duties in his resume as to “engage, entertain and discuss local and national events from a conservative viewpoint.”
