* Chairman John F. Kerry (D-MA) and Ranking Member John Ensign (R-NV) of the Senate Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, and the Internet

On the House side:

* Chairman Henry A. Waxman (D-CA) and Ranking Member Joe Barton (R-TX) of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce

* Chairman Rick Boucher (D-VA) and Ranking Member Cliff Stearns (R-FL of the House Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, and the Internet

The first meeting, inked in for 6/25/10, will concern “broadband regulation and FCC authority, with a focus on protecting consumers and promoting broadband investment.”
