John Fox and his Fox Broadcasting Inc. are pulling out at KREF-AM Norman OK, in the Oklahoma City area, and Metro Radio Group LLC will be there to make it happen. MRG, headed by J. Randall Laffoon and Casey E. Vineyard, will pay $350K cash for the station. An LMA will be put in place prior to closing day.
