An FM earmarked for Ginger TX is heading from Iglesia Cristianna Ebenezer to Hispanic Family Christian Network for $175K. It’ll be the third stick for the buyer, which has KTNR-FM Kenedy TX and a CP in Archer TX already in the portfolio. The Ginger CP is for a Class A on 91.5 MHz with 200 w @ 180’. It’s a cash deal.
