Roy Henderson Sells KROY To A Lone Star Operator

A 100kw Class C1 facility in Texas with the appropriately assigned KROY-FM call letters has been sold by Michigan-based Roy E. Henderson to a local broadcast company.


In other TRANSACTIONS TODAY: The owner of an AM/FM combo in New England is shifting the pair and the AM’s translator to a company he presently has a minority interest in. Following the deal, he will gain majority interest in the entity.
