Luken Communications & Cable Ad Net NY (Canny Inc.) announced a triple play for diginet distribution of the RTV Network, Tuff TV and PBJ Kids Net. Canny will add PBJ TV to WYBN TV 14 Albany. Yankee Communications will launch their all new digital UHF signal in mid-October for WVBQ-LP TV 47 – Upper Connecticut River Valley, VT/NH.
Diginets RTV Tuff TV and PBJ Kids will all be carried and WVBQ’s coverage over the air will be greatly expanded by this digital switch. WVBK is raising its power to 3kW and expanding coverage into Springfield and Northampton, etc.
Yankee’s newly acquired sister station WVBK-CA TV 2 Brattleboro, VT/Springfield MA will also carry all three Luken Networks, as will WVBK. Luken VP Anthony Barrett said he is pleased to work and launch with the seasoned broadcasters at Canny and Yankee.
