Live television broadcasts of select “Thursday Thunder” races are heading to Gray Television’s Peachtree Sports Network for the 2024 season. It’s thanks to an agreement with the broadcast television station owner and Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The over-the-air regional sports network, based at WPCH-17.2 in Atlanta, will air the live broadcast of three nights of racing action beginning June 20.

In the Atlanta DMA, Peachtree Sports Network can be found on Comcast Xfinity, Charter Spectrum, and vMVPDs YouTube TV and Fubo.

Peachtree Sports Network is available on Gray-owned stations in Albany (WGCW 36.4), Augusta (WGAT 17.3), Columbus (WCTA 47.3), Macon (WPGA 50.1), and Savannah (WPHJ 19.3), Ga.

The network will also broadcast “Thursday Thunder” races on June 27 and on the July 18 Championship Night; the other five rounds will be shown on tape delay.

The broadcasts will be produced by US Legends Cars TV and Speed Sport TV with Caleb Gladney and Ryan Hutchison on the call.

“The fastest growing sports network in the southeast adds another key sport to the lineup, and racing fans have a new, free way to watch the next stars of racing,” said WANF and WPCH VP/GM Erik Schrader. “From the majors to the minor leagues, and everything in between, PSN is Georgia’s new home for live sports.”

PSN holds the broadcast television rights for the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, the 2024 WNBA Atlanta Dream season, and the Gwinnett Stripers, the Atlanta Braves’ AAA affiliate. In addition, PSN is home to high school football, the Atlanta Vibe (Pro Volleyball), Atlanta Hustle (Ultimate Disc League), Atlanta Gladiators, Savannah Ghost Pirates (ECHL), and Georgia Swarm (Lacrosse).
