Broadcast transmission tech firm Electronics Research has appointed a Television Account Manager and, concurrently, a Radio Account Manager for the Western Region.

Shawn Knotts takes the TV role, while Don Roudebush has joined for the radio role.

Knotts will be responsible for the sale of ERI’s television antennas, towers, transmission line systems, television filter systems and RF components in the western U.S.

A 14-year company veteran, Knotts was formerly the Western Region Radio Account Manager.

That role is now held by Roudebush, who has installed more than 800 FM stations and translators across the U.S. He previously served as Program Manager and Sr. Director/Site Development at Educational Media Foundation, the non-profit owner of the KLOVE and Air1 Christian Contemporary Music formats. Roudebush has also worked at Pacific Bell and is a 2006 graduate of the NAB Executive Development Program.

ERI VP/Domestic Sales Joe Meleski commented, “Shawn has been involved in some of the largest and most complex broadcast projects in the U.S. His experience and knowledge of ERI products and services will be essential to his new position for the television market.”
