Most stocks slipped for a second day with the Dow industrials posting a fractional gain Tuesday as a gauge of home-builder sentiment showed improvement in September and shipper FedEx reduced its profit forecast. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 11.54 points, or 0.1%, to close at 13,564.64.
The RBR Radio Index was down .151, or 0%, to 410.394.
The TVBR Television Index was up 1.287, or 1.3%, to 305.750.
