Inside A Rosenworcel Return: DC Attorneys Talk

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The possibility that Jessica Rosenworcel could return to the FCC as a Democratic Commissioner, less than a week after she closed her office at 445 12th Street SW, came yesterday as a surprise to many across the Nation’s Capital.

However, it’s not a huge surprise.

Yes, Rosenworcel could theoretically return to the Commission.

Is there any reality to the scenario? Of course, say several Inside-the-Beltway communications attorneys who spoke with RBR + TVBR. 

That’s because Capitol Hill is still very much like those lyrics in an old Father MC rap tune featuring Mary J. Blige: If you do for me, I will do for you.
