Cumulus took ownership of the Detroit FM, presently branded as “New Country 93.1,” in 2011, when the company merged with Citadel Broadcasting. With the divestment, which sees Kalil & Co. serve as the broker of record, the company headed by Mary Berner will be left with WJR-AM and WDVD-FM. Meanwhile, the home of Cumulus/Detroit, the Fisher Building, has been sold.
