TORONTO — Live production broadcast technology company Grass Valley on Thursday signed off on a multimillion-dollar strategic partnership agreement with Diversified, known for its global technology products.

Grass Valley is one of the largest broadcast technology companies in attendance at such conferences as the NAB Show in Las Vegas.
As the companies see it, the partnership brings the industry enhanced product integration and solutions delivery, expanded global research, innovative joint ventures and enhanced customer support.
