The owner of Knight Broadcasting, which owns and operates three radio stations in the Santa Ynez Valley Wine Region of northern Santa Barbara County, was killed in a paragliding accident. The incident occurred on Wednesday, with staff notified of Shawn Knight’s passing early Thursday.
