A long-standing dispute over a low power television station in the Toledo OH DMA has finally been resolved. The battle has been winding through the courts for years. According to the Toledo Blade, Cornerstone Church, which early on helped keep the station afloat financially, is getting the station, while original owners Marty and Linda Miller are excused from some $600K in legal liabilities. The station operates on Channel 48.
