White paper calls for a free market approach to video reform

CBITA host of onerous and outdated regulations on the television industry has hobbled competition, innovation, and investment in the video marketplace. In response to calls for video reform, competing industry segments have presented policymakers with a false dichotomy: either maintain the status quo or eliminate only provisions that would advantage the pay-TV industry and kill over-the-air television.
