FEMA IPAWS reminds us the New England test of EAS will take place in September.
The Sept. 16 test, to include a new periodic EAS test code, is one of several regional tests in preparation for the next nationwide EAS test.
A Webinar is slated for Thursday, Sept. 3, at 10 a.m. to help station personnel prepare for the test.
A recording of the webinars will soon be available on the FEMA IPAWS website.
