The FCC’s Media Bureau renewed the license for WAJM(FM), Atlantic City, N. J. but only for two years as the result of a consent decree.
And even at that, the licensee, which is the Atlantic City Board of Education, must ensure the station adheres to a compliance plan to avoid filing late renewal paperwork in the future.
