The Virgin Islands Public Television System brings PBS programming to the islands that comprise this Caribbean US territory, as well as “a substantial amount of locally-produced programming.” It’s asking the FCC why satellite services are free to ignore it.
It would like its comments incorporated into the FCC’s next report to Congress on in-state broadcast programming.
