Walt Disney has already expressed its displeasure with Verizon’s new mid-sized budget program bundle that kicked ESPN off the basic tier and into a sports add-on. Now it’s taking its displeasure to court.
According to the Associated Press, Disney believes Verizon and its FiOS video package are contractually bound to provide ESPN on its main program lineup.
