Tully clears out another Clear Channel leftover

The inventory of Clear Channel spillover radio stations on the shelves of the Aloha Station Trust under Jeanette Tully is about to be reduced by one – she has a deal to sell WPBH-FM Port St. Joe FL to a small radio group in the area.

The buyer is Omni Broadcasting LLC, headed by Ron R. Hale Jr., James F. Hale and Jennifer F. Hale.

The price for the station is not going to rock Wall Street or anything – it’s a modest $135K cash.

The station is a Class C2 on 93.5 MHz with 14.5 kW @ 669’. It is considered to be part of the Panama City FL market. However, the signal is centered southeast of town, and the 60 dBu gets close to but does not cover it.

Omni owns an AM one market to the west of Panama City, WFDM-AM Fort Walton Beach, and also owns WEVG-AM in Evergreen AL, which is in unrated territory.
