Waitt Radio Networks produces 11 formats, localized for affiliates.  Dial Global will integrate these formats, as well as Waitt’s commercial production service, into its Dial Global Digital 24/7 Formats offering.  The combined Dial Global Digital 24/7 Formats will now reach over 925 stations.

Ken Williams, Co-President/CEO of Dial Global, Inc told RBR about the fit of Waitt into their current business planning, "We will integrate the Waitt Radio Network business into our Dial Global Digital 24/7 Network to create an enhanced multi-tier product offering that will expand the 24/7 Format marketplace to include local and custom programming solutions that will fit any station operator’s needs."

“We’re thrilled to add Waitt to our growing portfolio of radio programming properties,” said Spencer Brown, CEO of Triton Radio Networks.  “This is another strong signal to both our advertisers and our affiliated stations that we are committed to top quality programming and state of the art technology.”

“No other company in the network space can offer stations these diverse choices,” added Kurt Luchs, who will stay with the organization as Vice President and continue to manage the day-to-day operations in Omaha.  “Thanks to what Dial Global has done on the ad sales side, this is already our best year ever.  Joining forces at a deeper level will make an unbeatable combination.”

“We are truly excited about the Waitt Media acquisition with their great formats, exciting technology and great team led by Kurt Luchs,” said David Landau, Co-President/CEO, Dial Global.  “This is a great complement to the Dial Global Digital 24/7 RADAR Network.”
