The seller is Hopkins County Broadcasting Company, headed by Kelly Grimes.
The buyer is Racy Properties LLC, headed by Chad and Rhonda Young.
The station’s primary contour doesn’t quite make it into the yellow part of the Dallas map, but its fringe contours do get into the urbanized area.
The price for the station is $85,000. An LMA began 7/1/14, and the contract includes Grimes’ promise not to compete with it for a period of six years.
