The breakup of Gannett into two operating companies is just days away, and the broadcast/digital entity to be spawned by the move – TEGNA – is expecting to show major growth, which it expects to share with its backers.
The new company will consist of broadcast and digital assets, and will kick off 6/29/15 if all goes as planned.
