Independent radio rep company The Tacher Firm is providing national representation of Chicago-based Weigel Broadcasting’s MeTVFM radio format.
Airing pop and soft rock, MeTVFM is the radio format companion to MeTV, Memorable Entertainment Television, which targets Boomers. MeTVFM 87.7MHz in Chicago airs hits from the 60s to the 80s.
Asked the significance of the deal, Greg Tacher tells RBR+TVBR Weigel Broadcasting’s partnership is proof that one size doesn’t fit all in the world of national representation. “They have given us, a flexible and nimble company, the opportunity to tell their story. We give them the attention they deserve.”
