U.S. stocks enjoyed a solid session on Wall Street Wednesday, following a surprising victory by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 256.95 points, to 18,589.69. Nasdaq was up 57.58, to 5,251.07.
Among the key performers were Nexstar, up 3% to $51 on positive Q3 news; Meredith Corp., up 4%, to $47.65; and Beasley Media, up 7%, to $5.30.
The RBR Radio Index rose 6.626, or 1.21%, to 553.066.
The TVBR Television Index rose 21.748, or 2.58%, to 866.003.
