Stocks on Thursday finished mildly lower after a last-minute retreat from gains that had the Dow Jones Industrial Average coming within 15 points of its all-time closing high. The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended at 14,054.49, down 20.88 points, or 0.2%, leaving it up 1.4% for its third consecutive monthly gain.
The RBR Radio Index was down 2.515, or .5%, to 472.189.
The TVBR Television Index was up 7.980, or 1.9%, to 435.640.
