Stock indexes on Tuesday finished at five-week highs, with equities rising on thinking the Fed would make further moves to stimulate the economy. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 95.51 points, or 0.8%, to 12,837.33. Radio and television stocks were up slightly.

The TVBR Television Index was up .004, or 0%, to 220.564.
