Soap 'Days of our Lives' ties for No. 1 in women 18-34

“Days of our Lives” has concluded the 2010-11 52-week broadcast year with its highest rating in the valuable women 18-34 demographic in 18 weeks, good enough to tie for #1 for the week among network daytime series.


For the week of September 12-16, “Days of our Lives” (0.9/6 among women 18-49, 0.7/4 among women 18-34) tied for #2 in the women 18-49 demographic and tied for #1 in the women 18-34 race.

“Days of our Lives” delivered its highest women 18-34 rating since the week of May 9-13 and equaled its highest result in that demographic since the week of January 31-February 4.

For the completed 2010-11 year, “Days of our Lives” ranked #3 among network daytime series in the women 18-49 category and is tied for #2 in the women 18-34 demo.

Ratings reflect “live plus same day” data from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise noted. Season-to-date figures are averages of “live plus seven day” data except for the two most recent weeks, which are “live plus same day.”
