Serafin to Continue to Lead NAMB

NAMBGlenn Serafin, director of Serafin Bros., has been elected to serve a second two-term as president of the National Association of Media Brokers.


Before forming the Tampa-based media brokerage firm in 1993, he spent 11 years at the Associated Press in a variety of positions and after that, eight years at international investment bank Communications Equity Associates.

Eddie Esserman was elected vice president of the NAMB. Esserman is a director of Media Services Group and previously managed radio stations in Georgia and on the west coast. Currently, he owns small market stations and is an owner in a telecom tower company.

Roger Rafson continues as Secretary of NAMB for two years. The owner of CMS Station Brokerage previously worked in radio and television advertising sales in Chicago and Pittsburgh, and at the national rep firm TeleRep.

Greg Guy will serve another two years as Treasurer. A managing partner of Patrick Communications, Greg has been with the firm for seventeen years.

The NAMB elected its officers during the recent NAB/RAB Radio Show.
