Revenues for the quarter increased 8.3% to $644 million from the prior-year period. Results reflect strong ad revenue of $434 million, up 10%, and affiliate fee revenue of $201 million, up 7.2% YOY. Total segment profit increased 9.4% to $271 million. Q1 net income attributable to Scripps Networks Interactive was $128 million, or $0.87 per diluted share. Q1 2013 net income was $108 million, or $0.72, which included unfavorable tax adjustments totaling $0.05 per diluted share.
