The E.W. Scripps Company not only reported strong politically-driven Q4 TV results. It also reported that it is about to become a radio group as part of its soon-to-close deal to merge with Journal Communications.
Shareholders will meet next week, on Wednesday 3/11/15 to weigh in on the transaction.
