Stephen D. Seynmour's Sandab Communications, under licensee name Cape Cod Broadcasting, is doubling the size of its cluster at the Massachusetts tourist destination. It already has WKPE-FM in South Yarmouth and WQRC-FM in Barnstable. Now it's picking up a pair of FMs from Charles River Broadcasting, including WFCC-FM Chatham and WOCN-FM Orleans. According to broker George Reed of Media Services Group, the pricetag is 7.5M. An LMA kicked off 4/16/07.
