A subsidiary of Salem Media Group has officially moved forward with its outright purchase of a 50kw Class B AM serving one of the nation’s biggest markets.
Salem has been operating this facility since entering into an LMA with the court-appointed receiver overseeing operations for the station, after its former troubled owner ceded control of the facility.
Kalil & Co. is serving as the escrow agent in this deal, but not as broker.
