Then, quite obviously, there is no justification whatsoever for changing the FCC’s rules and standing US Antitrust Law on its head to allow the only two satellite radio companies to become one and stop competing with each other. What’s bizarre is that anyone in Washington is even giving serious consideration to such a clearly anti-consumer proposal.
