With the consent of existing note holders, Radio One is moving forward on its plan to acquire the portion of basic cable channel TV One that it does not already own from Comcast later this year. It also has other uses in mind for capital raised.
The company received consent from shareholders of 9.25% Senior Subordinated Notes last Friday 3/27/15.
