Priceline prepares TV ad-spending push

PricelineThe online travel-reservation company Priceline plans to sink even more money into its television marketing, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal.

While Priceline (NASDAQ: PCLN) may be the most valuable company in its industry, the report said, competitors are chipping away at that lead, and the company is finding that its online advertisements aren’t quite as effective as they used to be.
