SoldWe knew that Steve Seline and his Walnut Radio, LLC was buying KOMJ-AM Omaha NE. Now we know the value of the deal. Broker: Kalil and Company

The price will be $450,000 cash.

The seller is Cochise Broadcasting, LLC, headed by Ted Tucker.

KOMJ is a Class C on 1490 kHz with 1 kW-U, ND.

The station has good coverage of the Omaha market. It sort of forms a combo with KBLR-FM Blair NE, but primary contour overlap between the two stations is no more than tangential. KBLR-FM serves the area to the north of Omaha.

Walnut also owns KHUB-AM/KFMT-FM Fremont NE.
