Pennsylvania quartet changing hands

SoldThree FMs and an AM in the State College-Lewiston section of Pennsylvania are headed for a new owner. The buyer, Seven Mountains LLC, has ties to Forever Radio.


According to broker Michael J. Bergner, Kristin Cantrell will pay $2.075M for the stations.

Larry Patrick of Patrick Communications provided brokerage services on behalf of the seller. Patrick noted that Seven Mountains was buying the station assets, while the licenses were going to Southern Belle LLC.

The seller is First Media LLC, headed by Alex Kolobielski.

WZWW-FM, Bellefonte PA, a Class A on 95.3 MHz serving State College.

Simulcast stations:
WMRF-FM Lewiston PA, a Class A on 95.7 MHz with 3.9 kW @ 407’
WLAK-FM Huntingdon PA, a Class A on 103.5 MHz with 160 W @ 1,427’ and serving the area to the east of Altoona

WIEZ-AM Lewiston PA, a Class D on 670 kHz with 5.4 kW-D, ND.
