PandoraPandora CEO Brian McAndews is leaving after two and a half years.

The change means founder Tim Westergren is again taking the CEO position. Pandora says it’s committed to its growth strategy.

Westergren was also CEO and president at Pandora from May 2002 to July 2004.

The company has not said where McAndrews is going but his departure spurred other management changes.

Mike Herring is now president and CFO, responsible for monetization of Pandora’s core business covering revenue, music licensing, finance, legal, and information technology.

Sara Clemens, as Chief Operating Officer, focuses on growing and scaling the business and operating new ventures. Her responsibilities include music makers, Ticketfly, international, human resources and corporate development.

Chris Phillips is now Chief Product Officer, responsible for product, engineering and marketing.
