If online radio is on the ascendancy, it isn’t necessarily going to be an easy flight for just anybody who wants to buy a ticket. Case in point. Deerfield Beach, Florida-based online radio company Myxer, which streamed music and offered free ringtones, once had $4.8 million in annual income. Last week it filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
