KZZQ-FM Richardton ND is about to stop running commercials, and the buyer who will run it that way is going to pay $300K for the privilege despite the fact that the station is located in unrated territory.


Meadows Broadcasting LLC is the seller. It’s headed by Robert L. Meadows Sr.

The buyer is Real Presence Radio, headed by Steve Loegering.

The price: $300K. RPR will put $15K into an escrow account and pay the remainder in cash at closing.

The station is a Class C2 on 101.9 MHz with 26 kW @ 281’.

RPR stated on the transaction application that it will operate the station as a noncommercial entity.

It is the licensee of two AMs and one FM in North Dakota, none of which have any overlap with KZZQ.
