Nielsen Seeks $176,000+ From Flinn

CourthouseNielsen recently sued an ex-customer alleging non-payment of fees.

The audience research firm alleges in a breach of contract suit that Flinn Broadcasting owes $136,872.88 for radio PPM ratings and other related products provided in 2015.

According to case filings for federal court in Maryland, Flinn was paying a total of $17,000 per month for ratings its Memphis stations.

Including attorney fees and late fees, Nielsen seeks more than $176,000.
