A full power station and two low-power stations have been cleared for sale to frequent station buyer Nexstar Broadcasting Inc.
The key station in the deal is KASW-TV Phoenix.
The low power stations are K24EE-D Prescott-Cottonwood AZ and K41JE Williams-Ashfork AZ.
Meredith Corporation and Sagamorehill are the co-sellers of the properties pursuant to a contract dated 10/21/14.
The price for all three properties is $68,000,000.
